Responsible for content

Within the meaning of §18(2) of the Medienstaatsvertrag (MStV), the person responsible for the content published on the Quinapse service is the operator named above.

Commercial register and VAT

The operator is not currently entered in a commercial register and is not currently registered for VAT. Once an operating entity is incorporated, this section will list the register, registration number, and VAT identification number.

EU online dispute resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased accepting new complaints on 2025-03-20 and was shut down on 2025-07-20 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. The link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is no longer operative.

Consumers with unresolved complaints should contact their national consumer protection authority (e.g. the Verbraucherzentrale in Germany, the DGCCRF in France, the ACM in the Netherlands, or the equivalent body in their country). We are not obligated to and do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Editorial liability

Liability for the content of the Quinapse service is governed by §§ 7–10 of the German Telemediengesetz (TMG) and the equivalent transposition of the EU e-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) in your member state. We remove or disable access to unlawful content as soon as we become aware of it.

Trade marks

"Quinapse" and the Quinapse logo are unregistered trade marks of the operator. All other names, marks, or logos referenced on the service are the property of their respective owners.
