How do I sign in to Quinapse?
Quinapse supports three sign-in methods: Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and a passwordless email code (a one-time code sent to your inbox). No password is stored on our servers. If you experience sign-in issues, make sure your email address is correct or contact us at help@quinapse.com.
How do I manage or cancel my Quinapse Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly through the platform you used to subscribe.
iOS / iPadOS: Open the Settings app on your device,
tap your Apple Account name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
Find Quinapse in the list and tap it to manage or cancel.
Android: Open the Google Play Store app, tap your
profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Find Quinapse and tap Cancel subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly inside the app. Go to your Profile screen, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your reading history, saved articles, and personal data from our servers. If you are unable to access the app, email help@quinapse.com and we will process the deletion manually.
What data does Quinapse collect, and how is it used?
Quinapse collects only the data necessary to provide the service: your email address (for sign-in and account management), reading activity (to personalise your feed and recall quiz), and purchase receipts (to validate your subscription). We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
